Entry Deadlines

The One Show 2027 will be accepting entries in four submission periods. Please note that entry fees increase during each deadline period, based on when an entry is completed in the system, regardless of entry creation date. Please refer to the disciplines or fees pages for more information.

Once an entry is completed and closed, it is confirmed for the show and the entrant becomes responsible for payment without exception.

All payments must reach The One Club within 15 days of the invoice date.

  • Advance Deadline: December 11, 2026
  • Early Deadline: January 22, 2027
  • Standard Deadline: February 12, 2027
  • Final Deadline: March 5, 2027

IMPORTANT NOTE:
A late fee will be applied to each entry submitted after the Final Deadline. Submissions will not be accepted past 11:59pm PT on Friday, March 12. To ensure all entries are given the proper attention during jury review, all work must be submitted by this time to enter Round 1 Judging. Learn more about Fees.

Judging

  • First Round:
    Entries submitted in all deadlines will be judged in January – March 2027.
    NOTE: After Round 1 judging is complete, entrants will be notified if their work has advanced to Round 2.
  • Second Round:
    Entries that advance to Second Round will be judged in March 2027.
  • Discussion Round:
    Juries will participate in Final Discussions to determine the Finalists (Pencil or Merit winners) in April 2027.

Finalists / Awards

All work that has won an award – Pencil or Merit – is considered a Finalist. The specific type of award and special awards will be publicly revealed during Creative Week, May 17–21, 2027.

  • Finalists Notified: April 27, 2027
  • Finalists Announced: April 28, 2027
    Date is subject to change.
  • Finalist Confirmations:
    All finalists must confirm that all information related to their winning entries is complete and accurate.
    Archive confirmation (Media, Information, Credits) Due: April 29, 11:59 PM ET, 2027
    Engraving and Shipping Information Due: April 29, 11:59 PM ET, 2027
    Verification and Ceremony Attendance Due: May 6, 2027
  • The One Show Awards Ceremony: May 20, 2027
    The One Show celebratory gala will take place on Thursday, May 20, 2027 in New York City.
  • Pencils
    To make celebrating your win even easier, we ship Pencils directly to all winners. For those joining us in person, on-stage awards (Best of Discipline, Best of Non-Profit, Best of Show, Special Awards) will be engraved and provided at the ceremony. Please note that Of the Year awards will be presented at the ceremony, but the engraved Pencils will be shipped directly to the winners.
